Augustin Flory

Augustin Flory currently serves as the Managing Director for Innovative Partnerships and Development Finance at Gavi, the Vaccine Alliance, starting in February 2024. Prior to this role, Augustin was a member of the Executive Committee at Scaling Up Nutrition (SUN) Movement from September 2021 to March 2024, bringing expertise in finance. As Managing Director of Nutrition at Results for Development Institute from March 2017 to January 2021, Augustin led a nutrition practice, partnering with various stakeholders to tackle key challenges in nutrition. Additional roles include Interim Coordinator for No Wasted Lives in early 2017, Executive Director of Nutrition and later Investments at The Children's Investment Fund Foundation from June 2011 to June 2016, and Principal Operations & Resource Mobilization Officer at the African Development Bank from 2005 to 2010. Augustin began a legal career at Gide Loyrette Nouel, serving as an attorney from 1996 to 2002. Augustin holds a Master's in International Affairs from Columbia University's SIPA and degrees in English and French law from King's College London and the University of Paris I: Panthéon-Sorbonne.
