Pavel Smirnov

Pavel Smirnov has over ten years of experience in the financial technology sector, currently serving as Deputy Division Head in the IT Delivery Management Department at Gazprombank since February 2020, where responsibilities include overseeing CI/CD infrastructure and automated testing pipelines. Prior to this role, Pavel held various positions at VTB from April 2013 to February 2020, with significant achievements such as leading three departments overseeing 200 analysts and programmers, implementing a real-time data storage platform that enhanced reporting efficiency, and launching a big data exchange project with a mobile provider. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and a Specialist degree in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science from Lomonosov Moscow State University.
