Sergei Menshikov is a board member at Gazprom Neft. Sergei was previously a design technologist at Chief Mountain Gas Co-op ltd from May 2016 to May 2019 and a design engineer at Cryogas from April 2014 to November 2015.

Menshikov has experience in conducting research into feasibility and design solutions, participation in the elaboration of process scheme of LNG complexes, technological analysis (hydraulic analysis, thermal analysis, structural and stability analysis), and selection of main and subsidiary technological units (cryogenic equipment, control and safety valves, pipelines, insulation, supports, compressor facilities, cryogenic storage facilities, freon refrigerating units, pumps, heat-transfer equipment, nature gas heaters, systems for gas conditioning, dewatering).

Sergei is skilled in AutoCad, Inventor, and MicroStation. Menshikov is also experienced in planning and managing projects, preparing evaluations and calculations for piping design, cost and timing estimates, project specifications, attending site visits to provide clarification and interpretation of drawings and specifications, field supervision during construction, modification and commissioning operations at construction sites, and supervising technicians and reviewing/approving their designs, calculations and cost estimates.

Sergei Menshikov has a Ph.D. in Mining Machines from the National mineral resources university (University of mines), and a Master’s Degree in Oil and Gas Storage and Transportation Engineering from the same school. Sergei is certified by the World Education Services (WES) in Verified International Academic Qualifications, and also has a certificate of completion in AutoCAD from SAIT Polytechnic.
