Lara Clark

Lara Clark currently serves as General Counsel & Chief Regulation Officer at GBG Plc since August 2020, bringing extensive experience in legal and regulatory affairs. Prior to this role, Lara held various positions at State Street, including EMEA Head of Corporate & Regulatory Legal and EMEA Lead Regulatory Counsel from February 2014 to July 2020. Previous roles also include European Lead Regulatory Counsel at GE Capital and Legal Director at GE Corporate Finance Bank, alongside significant experience at Merrill Lynch and Linklaters. Lara is a graduate of Guildford College of Law.
