Idania Villarreal

Idania Villarreal is a skilled Data Center Operator at GBM since April 2022, responsible for coordinating operational activities and monitoring critical infrastructure within the Data Center, as well as managing technical requests and incident management through ticketing systems for both internal and external clients.
