Shelby Perkins Triick

Shelby Perkins Triick is the Managing Director of Business Development at GBX Group. Shelby has over 10 years of experience in business development and operations management.

Prior to joining GBX Group, Shelby was the Director of Business Development at HLB Gross Collins, P.C., an Atlanta-based full service certified public accounting and consulting firm. Shelby was responsible for generating new business opportunities and expanding the firm's client base. Shelby also oversaw the firm's marketing initiatives and played a key role in developing the firm's brand identity.

Before joining HLB Gross Collins, P.C., Shelby was the Director of Operations at Spherion, a staffing and recruiting company. In this role, Shelby managed a team of sales and recruiting professionals and was responsible for achieving operational goals and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Shelby began their career as a Business Development/Group Manager at Atkins, a leading global engineering and design consultancy. In this role, Shelby was responsible for securing new business opportunities and managing key client relationships.

Shelby holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Georgia.

Shelby Perkins Triick has a BA in Political Science and International Affairs from Kennesaw State University. Shelby also went to Lassiter High School.
