Grosman was previously with Court Square Capital Partners, where they served as Interim CEO for mid-market portfolio companies and Operating Partner. Doron was responsible for leading CSC’s portfolio company strategy and accelerating revenue and EBITDA growth, operational improvements & cost reduction, and human capital effectiveness for this middle market private equity firm’s $7 Billion of assets.
Doron has also been extensively engaged at Ancile Software, Rocket Software, Strategic Products & Services (unified communication managed services), Mspark Direct Marketing, DISA Global Solutions (employee background screening), Physiotherapy Associates (retail physical therapy), Vestcom International (retail shopper marketing services), and Cadence (aerospace). Achieved exit multiples from 3x to x6 MoCE and IRR from 14% to 34%.
In their roles as Interim CEO, they have delivered budget EBITDA in each consecutive month at DISA while upgrading sales, operations and IT processes and growing the business. At Physiotherapy, they restructured the organization and co-led a business and accounting audit prior to bringing in a new CEO.

Doron Grosman has an MBA from Harvard Business School and a Masters in Engineering from the University of the Witwatersrand. Doron has worked in marketing and finance for many years and is now a civil and hydraulic engineer.
