Dalia B. is an experienced executive in workforce and employee experience, currently serving as the Executive Manager at GE Aerospace since November 2024. Previously, Dalia held the position of Director of Inclusion & Diversity Business Solutions at Cox Enterprises from June 2022 to October 2024, and has extensive experience in inclusion and diversity roles at The Clorox Company, where Dalia progressed from Specialist to Sr. Consultant between August 2018 and May 2022. Earlier in the career, Dalia worked as a Diversity & Inclusion Consultant at Kimberly-Clark and as a Marketing Consultant for Latin America at Halyard Health. Dalia holds a Master in Global Management with a focus on International Business, obtained from Arizona State University and Thunderbird School of Global Management, completing studies in 2018.
