Nika Boyd

Nika Boyd is a highly experienced engineering professional currently serving as Senior Engineering Section Manager in the Airworthiness & Certification Office at GE Aerospace since June 2018. Prior to this role, Nika held multiple positions at GE Aviation from June 2008 to June 2016, including Senior Engineering Manager and Advanced Lead Rotor Life Management Engineer, focusing on the safe operation of critical rotating hardware. Nika's early career included an internship at Williams International in 2007, where contributions involved designing manufacturing processes for gas turbine components. Nika holds a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from The Ohio State University and a Bachelor of Science in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Michigan, along with Lean Six Sigma Greenbelt Certification and completion of the GE Advanced Course in Engineering.
