Elizabeth McBride

Elizabeth McBride currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at GE Vernova since February 2025. Prior to this role, Elizabeth was Vice President of Global Litigation and Compliance at Applied Materials from June 2014 to February 2025, where Elizabeth established a new Office of Compliance and managed a global team of over 85 attorneys. Elizabeth's experience includes significant leadership positions focused on expanding compliance programs and managing complex global litigation. Previously, as a Managing Associate at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe LLP, Elizabeth represented technology companies in commercial and IP litigation. Elizabeth began a legal career as a Law Clerk for the United States Attorneys' Offices and has also worked as a Research Associate at The Urban Institute. Elizabeth holds a JD from Stanford Law School and a BA in Politics from Princeton University.
