Layth Mutawaq

Layth Mutawaq is an experienced professional with a diverse background in contract management, business sales, and electrical maintenance. Currently serving as a Contract Specialist II at GE Vernova since February 2017, Layth oversees all aspects of contract performance, ensuring effective communication and issue resolution between GE and its customers. Prior to this role, Layth held the position of Deputy Secretary-General at The Observer Center for Human Rights since September 2004, and served as a Business Sales Manager at Alstom Power from June 2013 to July 2016, where strategic sales growth was achieved. Layth’s earlier experience includes working as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer at the Iraqi Ministry of Electricity from March 2009 to May 2013 and as an NMS Team Leader at MITCO from January 2008 to January 2009. Layth earned a Bachelor's degree in LASER & Optoelectronics from Nahrain University in 2006.
