Gabriel Bayram is currently an Analyste Investissement at Gecina. Prior to this, they were the Co-Founder & CFO at Meetwo from September 2016 to October 2018. Meetwo is the first app of its kind that truly relies on users, instead of algorithms, to find someone. Gabriel was responsible for creating and conducting the business plan, investor presentations and market study for their fundraising. They were able to raise $405K in seed money. Gabriel also participated in the app’s design and functionalities and completed negotiations with PR, marketing, and development agencies.

From September 2016 to February 2017, they worked at Torch Partners as an M&A and investment advisor. Gabriel worked on the wealth management desk where they firm analysed, picked stocks, reviewed broker notes, and researched markets. Gabriel also prepared marketing materials such as info memos, pitch books, and teasers. Gabriel updated and prepared valuation analyses including DCF, transactions, and trading multiples. Some of their notable projects include working on the buy-side mandate for the acquisition of Barclays France by AnaCap and working on a sell-side mandate in the cosmetic industry in the Middle East.

Gabriel Bayram's educational career includes a Bachelor of Business Administration from Saint Joseph University of Beirut and an Msc in Management from ESSEC Business School.
