Mei Lyle

Mei Lyle currently serves as the Head of HR at HRGeek+ since October 2024. Prior to this role, Mei worked in human resources at Kyocera International, Inc. (North America) from September 2023 to October 2024. Mei has extensive experience in recruiting and HR management, including a tenure as Technical Recruiting Manager at ZEKU Technologies from October 2019 to July 2023. In this position, Mei collaborated with stakeholders in the US and China to optimize recruiting processes and personnel needs. Earlier career roles included Human Resources Business Partner, where support was provided for the growth of OPPO US R&D Center, and Human Resources Generalist, offering guidance on corporate HR policies and employee inquiries. Mei holds a Bachelor's degree in International/Global Studies-Anthropology from UC San Diego.
