Biju Joseph

Biju Joseph is the Head of Technical Training at GE Healthcare International, bringing 30 years of experience in the healthcare equipment industry with a focus on customer experience, lean transformation, and service leadership. Previously, Biju held various leadership roles at GE Healthcare, including GM of Training, Customer Experience, and Lean Transformation for South Asia. Biju also worked at Samsung Electronics as a Senior Manager for customer satisfaction. Biju earned a B.Tech in Electronics and Communication Engineering, graduating as a gold medalist from Mahatma Gandhi University, and holds an MBA in Business Administration from the National Institute of Business Management.
