Pauline Morris Parcollet

Project Manager at Gehl Architects

Pauline is a French architect and urban planner based in Copenhagen. Her background allows her to work seamlessly between a variety of different urban scales. In France she developed her profile and skills between detailed housing plans, master planning frameworks, as well as public space design. Pauline views the architect’s role as guiding the evolution of the city more than imposing a vision on it. She believes that since we base our lifestyle choices on how cities are shaped, and that those lifestyles have a huge impact on the city’s sustainability, the actual and biggest responsibility of the city planner is to develop more buildings and urban spaces where the sustainable choice become easy, fast and convenient.
