Ayman El Shobery

Ayman El Shobery is a seasoned professional in business development and sales within the digital identity and security sector, currently serving as the Business Development Director for the Middle East at Thales Digital Identity and Security since January 2023. Prior to this role, Ayman held significant positions as Regional Sales Director at Thales from January 2016 to April 2023 and as Business Development Manager for Government Programs at Gemalto from June 2006 to January 2016, where expertise focused on the Middle East and East Africa. Ayman's career began at Advansys as a software developer/integrator, eventually becoming a Technical Team Leader, and earlier as a Software Engineer/Integrator at Foxboro. Ayman holds an MBA from Strathclyde Business School and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science from Alexandria University.
