Claire Sylvestre

Claire Sylvestre is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in health, safety, environment, and security management. Currently serving as the Facilities Health Safety Environment and Security Manager at Thales since April 2019, Claire previously held the position of Health Safety Environment & Security Department Manager at Gemalto from January 2001, where responsibilities included maintaining ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 certifications for three sites in southern France, managing various service providers, and leading a team of nine technicians. Prior experience includes working as a Health Safety and Environment Engineer at Bureau Veritas, focusing on professional risk evaluation and environmental protection compliance. Claire holds a Master's degree in Prevention of Natural and Technological Risks from Université Aix Marseille and a Master's degree in Environmental Management from Université Paris VII, complemented by a DUT in Hygiene, Safety & Environment from IUT de Saint Denis.
