Anne-Lou Geessinck

Anne-Lou Geessinck is an experienced HR strategist and organizational advisor with a strong background in human resource management and organizational development. Currently serving as a Strategic HR Advisor at Gemeente Berkelland since July 2020, and an Organizational Advisor at Mondhygiëne Praktijken Apeldoorn, Anne-Lou previously held positions as a Senior HR Advisor at Rechtspraak and as HR Manager at Stichting Zorgcombinatie Marga Klompé, where responsibilities included advising executive boards, developing strategic HR policies, and managing HR departments. Educational qualifications include a Master in Managing Human Resources from HAN University of Applied Science and certifications from various institutions, including Erasmus Happiness Economics Research Organization (EHERO) and Stichting Sioo. Anne-Lou began a career in healthcare at Gelre ziekenhuizen in various roles, starting as a trainee nurse.
