Hans Hoekstra

Hans Hoekstra is an experienced applicatiebeheerder with a career spanning several municipalities and organizations. Currently serving as Applicatiebeheerder HRM at Gemeente Dijk en Waard since January 2022, Hans previously held similar roles at Gemeente Heerhugowaard and Werkorganisatie De BUCH, where responsibilities included functional application management for various municipalities. Over a 14-year period at Gemeente Heiloo, Hans managed multiple Centric software packages and contributed to employee well-being as a member of the Ondernemingsraad and as a vertrouwenspersoon. Earlier experiences at KLM included roles as an Application Controller, Programmer, and IT Helpdesk staff member.
