Abdul Mateen

Abdul Mateen is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in financial reporting and management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Group Financial Reporting at GEMS Education since April 2020, Abdul previously held the position of Group Finance Manager at Bukhatir Group from January 2015 to April 2020. Prior experience includes a managerial role in Accounting and IFRS advisory at Grant Thornton UK LLP from September 2009 to February 2015. Abdul holds a CA degree in Accounting and Finance from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (2005-2011), an MBA Executive in Banking and Financial Support Services from COMSATS Institute of Information and Technology (2014-2016), and a Bachelor's degree in Accounting and Finance from K. University of Science and Technology (2007-2009).
