Glenn Shapiro

Glenn has over 20 years of experience in sales management and building professional sales teams. He has vast experience in asphalt manufacturing and, in particular, cold mix asphalts. In 2013, Glenn joined GemSeal and became the General Manager of the Northeast overseeing sales, marketing, and operations. In 2017, he joined a large pavement contractor as their VP of sales and was promoted to COO one year later. Glenn rejoined the GemSeal team in November 2019 and believes they have the most professional sales team in the industry. He lives in Brookfield, CT, with his wife and two children.
