Ming Wei (Wendy) Lee, CPA, is a seasoned accounting professional with extensive experience in private equity and fund services. Currently serving as Managing Director at Gen II Fund Services, LLC since September 2013, Wendy has previously held positions including Director and Senior Fund Accountant within the same company. Prior experience includes roles as Senior Accountant and Accountant at Citi Private Equity Services, Inc., focusing on private equity accounting for major institutional clients. Wendy's earlier career includes a staff accountant role at Shoretz & Company CPAs, P.C., and positions as a Kindergarten Teacher and Physics Lab Assistant. Wendy holds a Bachelor of Science in CPA Accounting from NYU Stern School of Business and has completed coursework in Applied Mathematics and Statistics at Stony Brook University.
