Will Shaw

Will Shaw is a seasoned finance professional with extensive experience in fund services and private equity accounting. Currently serving as Managing Director at Gen II Fund Services since March 2022, Will previously held key positions including Vice President of Fund Financial Reporting at JPMorgan Chase & Co. from April 2017 to March 2022, and multiple roles at State Street from June 2013 to April 2017, focusing on regulatory reporting, compliance, and financial reporting. A Financial Reporting Specialist at GMO from February 2011 to June 2013, Will also has experience as an Officer in Alternative Investments Financial Reporting at State Street and began career as a Fund Accountant at Investors Bank & Trust. Will holds a degree in Finance from the Isenberg School of Management, UMass Amherst, earned between 1999 and 2003.
