Katie Belton

Katie Belton is an accomplished leader in customer success with extensive experience across multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Client Experience - Client Growth & Success at GeneDx since November 2025, Katie previously held the position of Director of Customer Success for the Americas at Checkmarx and Senior Director of Customer Success at Paper. Prior to these roles, Katie contributed significantly to Copado in various customer success capacities, including Senior Director and Director. Earlier experience includes a role at Workiva, where Katie managed enterprise customer success teams and led onboarding projects, alongside a foundational position as an Associate Underwriter at Chubb. Katie holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University.
