Susan Matsushima

Susan Matsushima is an experienced professional in learning and development, currently serving as the Global Learning & Development Solutions Lead for the Americas at Genentech since July 2019. Prior to this role, Susan held positions at Roche focusing on global leadership and employee development and was instrumental in the Business Perspectives Program from July 2016 to July 2019. Susan's tenure at Genentech also includes various roles from Program Manager to Senior Project Manager and Senior Site Manager between January 2007 and June 2016. Earlier in Susan's career, experience as a Process/Quality Engineer was gained at ALZA (Johnson & Johnson) from May 2000 to January 2007. Education includes a Certificate in Strategic Decision and Risk Management from Stanford University, an MS in Engineering Management from Drexel University, and a BS in Chemical Engineering from Colorado School of Mines.
