Chantal Sherer, MBA, is an experienced Senior Projects & Portfolio Manager in HR at Generac, where responsibilities include managing Workday implementation and facilitating project communications. With a strong track record in recruitment, retention, and engagement, Chantal has also led the launch of the US & Canada HR Service Center while streamlining HR processes. Previous roles at Quad/Graphics and Brady Corporation involved project management for HR technology implementations, process improvement initiatives, and the development of HR documentation standards. Chantal holds an MBA from Marquette University, a BBA in Human Resources Management from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee, and a certificate in International Business from Novancia Business School Paris.
