Carlos Rodriguez

Carlos Rodriguez is a seasoned professional in business development and strategy with extensive experience in the defense and aerospace sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Strategy and Business Development Manager at General Dynamics Mission Systems since November 2025, Carlos focuses on Space and Embedded Crypto initiatives. Prior to this role, Carlos was a Senior Business Development Manager at L3Harris Technologies, where efforts included expanding into Civil Agencies and the Defense market.
