Camri Jacobson

Camri Jacobson serves as Senior Director of Human Resources for North America Manufacturing and External Supply Chain at General Mills, overseeing HR strategy for a workforce of over 9,000 employees across 26 field manufacturing plants and hybrid corporate teams. With a career at General Mills spanning two decades, Jacobson has held various leadership roles including Director of Human Resources for Corporate Supply Chain and Director of Global Talent Strategy, where responsibilities included leading talent development for significant corporate teams and implementing effective HR processes. Prior experience includes HR management roles at The Pillsbury Company and BAE Systems, complemented by a Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and Psychology from Concordia College and a Master’s degree in Human Resources & Industrial Relations from the UMN Carlson School of Management.
