Joel Nehme

Joel Nehme is an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner with a strong background in recruiting top design and technical talent. At General Motors from March 2021 to May 2024, Joel focused on attracting candidates for Software, Marketing Communications, IT, and digital products across various GM brands, utilizing data-driven insights to coach hiring leaders on best practices. Prior to this, Joel served as a Senior Technical Recruiter at Populus Group, LLC, where recruitment strategies were developed for the Immigration Division, and supported international candidates through visa processes. Joel’s career commenced as a Recruiter at MCM Staffing, designing recruitment strategies and enhancing the company's reputation as a desirable workplace. Joel holds a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from Oakland University, completed in December 2021.
