Sam Steinhebel is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in global connectivity and digital programs, currently serving as the Head of Global Connectivity & Digital Programs and Head of International Expansion at General Motors since March 2009. In these roles, Sam has been instrumental in launching GM Digital Services & Experiences (OnStar) and connected vehicle services internationally, overseeing a large, cross-functional team. Prior to this, Sam led a $200M program portfolio as the Head of OnStar PMO, facilitating significant transformations within the OnStar enterprise. Sam's earlier experience includes serving as a Business Strategy and IT Consulting Executive at Accretive Solutions, where responsibilities encompassed service delivery across various GM business units, and as a Client Delivery Account Executive at HP, managing service delivery for GM Global Business Services. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Wayne State University.
