Cynthia Gutierrez is a skilled epidemiologist with extensive experience in healthcare research and analysis. Currently serving as a Senior Scientist on the Epidemiology Team at Genesis Research since November 2021, Cynthia previously worked as a Research Analyst at STATinMED Research, where responsibilities included designing Real-World Evidence studies, producing scientific communications, and conducting quality assurance for Health Economics and Outcomes Research projects. Prior experience includes a role as an Epidemiologist at EpidStat Institute, focusing on data extraction and summarization for epidemiological studies and supporting litigation through medical document reviews. Cynthia holds a Master of Public Health in Global Health Epidemiology from the University of Michigan School of Public Health and a Bachelor of Science in Biology from California State University Channel Islands.
