Gean Pannellini

Gean Pannellini is a data professional currently working at Genesys as a Data specialist since June 2024. Previously, Gean served as a Senior Analytics Engineer at BHub from April 2023 to June 2024, contributing significantly as the second team member in a Series A company supported by Monashees, Valor Capital, QED Investor, and Norte Ventures. Gean's earlier experience includes a four-year tenure at Loft, where Gean was instrumental in developing data pipelines and optimizing costs, and had roles ranging from Senior Analytics Engineer to Junior Business Analytics. Gean began a career in data analytics as an intern at SABIC in 2018. Gean holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Universidade Estadual de Campinas, an academic exchange in Business Management from Università degli Studi di Torino, and an MBA in Data Science & Analytics from MBA USP/Esalq.
