Naomi Claire Curay

Naomi Claire Curay is a Senior Technical Support Engineer at Genesys since January 2021 and has been with TPG Telecom since May 2014, where roles have included Team Leader for the Corporate Help Desk and Corporate Service Assurance Engineer. Responsibilities at TPG Telecom involve providing service assurance support for various broadband products such as ADSL, NBN, and fiber, as well as managing key wholesale and government accounts across Australia. Naomi undertook product training in Sydney during a company deployment from June to September 2015. From April 2012 to April 2014, Naomi worked as a Network Engineer with Imperium Technology, Inc. Naomi holds a B.S. in Information Technology, specializing in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications, from Mindanao State University, Iligan Institute of Technology, completed between 2008 and 2011.
