Travis Cawthorn

Travis Cawthorn has extensive experience in software development and architecture, currently serving as the Director, Software Architect at Genesys since March 2017. Prior roles at Genesys include Architect, Development Group Manager, Lead Software Engineer Team Lead, and Senior Software Engineer Team Lead. From May 2013 to March 2017, Travis worked at Interactive Intelligence as a Software Engineer - Team Lead, focusing on developing enterprise-level applications for both desktop and web platforms. Earlier experience includes serving as an Undergraduate Fellow at Ball State University from September 2008 to May 2013, where Travis developed various systems for internal and external clients as part of the Emerging Technologies department. Travis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from Ball State University, earned in 2013.
