Bob Watters has over 30 years of experience in various leadership roles in the healthcare industry. Bob is currently serving as the Director of National Sales at Genex Services since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked as the Vice President of Sales at CompAlliance from February 2018 to January 2021. From 2010 to 2018, Bob held the position of Vice President of Marketing at CareWorks Managed Care Services. Before that, they served as the Senior Vice President at CID Management from May 2009 to November 2009 and at Avizent Risk Management from April 2004 to April 2009. Bob also worked as a Vice President at Concentra Health Services from January 2001 to April 2004, at National Healthcare Resources from January 1998 to January 2001, and at Options Managed Care from December 1994 to January 1998. Bob started their career at GENEX Services, Inc. as a Regional Sales Manager from June 1992 to November 1994.

Bob Watters holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications from the University of Arizona, obtained from 1987 to 1989. Bob also holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business from Southern Methodist University, earned from 1984 to 1987.
