Bettina Utzelmann

Bettina Utzelmann is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in clinical project management, particularly in the fields of oncology and chronic diseases. Currently serving as Associate Director and Clinical Project Lead at Genmab since January 2022, Bettina has managed complex global oncology trials. Previous roles include Senior Trial Manager at Novo Nordisk, where Bettina initiated the first Sickle Cell Disease trial and developed innovative digital solutions for patient engagement in obesity trials. Additional experience includes positions at St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, where Bettina managed multidisciplinary clinical trials, and leadership roles in psychological clinical trials at the HABIT Lab. Bettina's academic background includes a Diplom in Psychology from the University of Hamburg and various degrees in German studies and language from the University of Copenhagen.
