Rafia Nadeem

Rafia Nadeem is an experienced professional with a background in graphic and industrial design. Since May 2018, Rafia has served as the Production Support Team Lead at Gentex, focusing on team decision-making and continuous improvement to meet customer quality and quantity requirements while ensuring optimal manufacturing equipment performance. Prior to Gentex, Rafia worked as a Graphic/Industrial Designer at Tiger Studio, creating various marketing materials. Rafia's experience also includes serving as a Fabrication Lab Technician at Ferris State University, where responsibilities involved tech resources and 3D printing, as well as a brief stint as a Freelance Graphic Designer for The Geek Group. Rafia holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Graphic Design, with a minor in Industrial Design, from Kendall College of Art and Design.
