Yeo Yong Meng has a diverse work experience spanning different companies and roles. Yeo started their career in 1995 as an Audit Senior/Accountant at Watson's Personal Care Stores Pte Ltd. Yeo then joined Resorts World Genting in 1998 as a Finance Manager/Treasury Shift Manager. Yeo moved to Melco Crown Entertainment in 2007, where they held the role of Director-Cage, Count & Credit until 2011. Yeo then joined Galaxy Entertainment Group as a Senior Manager - Training, Cage. Yeo worked at Galaxy Entertainment Group until 2012, when they returned to Resorts World Genting as VP - Casino Treasury. In 2014, they were promoted to VP - Casino Operations and held this position until November 2021. Currently, Yeo is working as SVP - Casino Operations at Resorts World Genting, reporting to the EVP of Gaming and Security. Yeo'sresponsibilities include leveraging technologies and methodologies to enhance casino operations' productivity and achieve revenue growth while maintaining social balance.

Yeo Yong Meng attended Emile Wolf Singapore from 1995 to 1997, where they earned a Professional degree in ACCA.

The Pahang office focuses on theme park and resort operations, hotel management, and revenue enhancement.
