David Lloyd is the VP of Software Development at GeoComm. David has extensive experience in software engineering, database administration, requirements management, software quality assurance, technical writing, and enterprise architecture. David has been with GeoComm for over two years and has spearheaded the implementation of Kanban and Scrum Agile methodologies across six software development teams, resulting in improved software quality, reduced development expenses, shortened delivery times, and an overall increase in customer satisfaction measured by Net Promoter Scores.

Under David's leadership, the software development department at GeoComm has seen a 40% reduction in development costs through the implementation of tools, technology, and processes to leverage reusable components across all new GeoComm software products. In addition, David has led multiple Lean Six Sigma projects to streamline operational processes resulting in a 25% reduction in annual expenses and a 30% improvement in project delivery times.

Most recently, David introduced the infrastructure, processes, and products necessary to successfully transition the organization from an on premise deployment only model to supporting both on premise and Cloud platforms. This transition has been critical to GeoComm's continued success and growth in the ever-changing technology landscape.

David Lloyd has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Marketing from Minnesota State University, Mankato. David also has an Associate of Arts and Sciences in Computer Programming from Mankato Technical College.

They work with Judy Sayre - VP Sales & Marketing, Todd Pieper - Assistant Vice President of Client Services, and John Brosowsky - VP Innovation. David Lloyd reports to John Bryant, CEO & President.
