Geode Health

Josh Tolmatsky has a robust background in finance and strategy, currently serving as the SVP of Finance and Strategy and Chief of Staff at Geode Health from September 2023 to July 2024. Previously, at Lyn Health, Josh executed strategic projects and conducted primary research to enhance the platform design. Experience at Bain & Company included roles as a Consultant and Senior Associate Consultant from September 2017 to February 2021. Josh also held an externship at BetterUp focused on strategic projects and business operations. Academically, Josh earned a B.S. in Economics with a focus on Management and Operations from The Wharton School and an MBA in Healthcare and Entrepreneurship from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Management.
