Dennis Schmid

Dennis Schmid has extensive experience in production and team leadership, currently serving as the Head of Production for Special Products (OSM + IR/BCF Machines) and COOL-FIT at Georg Fischer since November 2020. Prior to this role, Dennis held multiple leadership positions at RUAG Space, including Teamleader for Assembly & Integration, Structures Assembly, and Composite Machining, along with a supervisory role in Composite Machining from March 2009 to October 2020. Earlier experience includes working as a Kunststoffverarbeiter at Acryline AG from November 2005 to February 2009. Dennis holds an Executive Master of Business Administration from Kalaidos Fachhochschule Schweiz, along with several Certificates of Advanced Studies in General Management, LEAN Management, and Organizational Psychology. Additional qualifications include an industrial master's diploma from Swissmem Kaderschule and a European Business Competence Licence EBC*L.
