Kyriaki Kalaitzidou

Rae S. and Frank H. Neely Professor, G. W. Woodruff School of Mechanical Engineering

Kyriaki Kalaitzidou serves as the Rae S. and Frank H. Neely Professor, Associate Professor, and Assistant Professor at the Georgia Institute of Technology since November 2007, contributing to research and education in the field of chemical engineering. Prior experience includes a role as a Post-doctoral Research Associate at the University of Massachusetts Amherst from March 2006 to September 2007, where Kyriaki conducted studies on the friction of soft polymers and developed temperature-responsive polymer particles. Kyriaki earned a PhD in Chemical Engineering Materials Science from Michigan State University in 2006.
