Chris Graham

SVP, Compliance & Ethics at Georgia-Pacific

Chris’ career began as a captain in the U.S. Army where he served as a Judge Advocate. Currently, he is senior vice president – compliance & Ethics. Since 2004, he held positions as an assistant general counsel in the Georgia-Pacific legal department, as general counsel at INVISTA, and as senior counsel at Koch. Before joining the Koch family of companies, Chris was a partner at Hunton & Williams in Richmond, Virginia. Chris is a graduate of Cornell University, where he obtained his bachelor’s degree in government. He went from there to law school at Tulane where he received his law degree with a certificate in environmental law. In the Atlanta community, Chris serves on the Board of Directors for the Atlanta Area Council for the Boy Scouts of America as well as the Georgia Advisory Board for The Trust for Public Land. He also formerly served, from 2013-2020, on the Board of Trustees for the National Park Trust.
