Nicole Faulk

Nicole Faulk serves as senior vice president of Corporate and Customer Services. In this role, she is responsible for safety and health, customer service, corporate services, and sales and marketing efforts for the company. She also oversees customer satisfaction, the Customer Care Center, customer operations, field services, electric transportation, facilities management, fleet management, forestry and right-of-way, shared services, new product development, product distribution, e-commerce, sales management and energy efficiency. She also serves on the company’s management council.
