Ryan Fimmen

Ryan Fimmen is a Principal Scientist at Geosyntec Consultants. Ryan previously worked as a Research Scientist at Battelle from February 2008 to March 2011, and as a Research Associate at The Ohio State University Geologic Sciences from August 2004 to February 2008. As a Research Associate, they were a post-doctoral research fellow through the Byrd Polar and Climate Research Center.

Ryan earned their PhD in Geologic Sciences from Duke University Nicholas School of the Environment. Ryan also has a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, and a Bachelor of Arts in Chemistry from Carleton College. Ryan also holds certification from the Ohio EPA as an Ohio EPA Voluntary Action Program Certified Professional.

Ryan Fimmen reports to Peter Zeeb, President & CEO. Some direct reports include Andrea Rocha - Scientist, Allison Kreinberg - Project Scientist, and Herwig Goldemund - Senior Scientist. They are on a team with Steve Peene - Senior Principal, Rich Dulcey - Senior Principal Engineer, and Aaron Poresky - Principal Water Resources Engineer.
