Ryan Daly is the SVP of Customer Experience & Operations at Quip. Ryan has held this position since January 2019.

Previously, Ryan was with quip, where they served as the SVP of Customer Experience & Operations from January 2019 to December 2021. In this role, they reported to the CEO and was a member of the Company Executive Team. Ryan was responsible for all customer, provider, and patient facing sales, services, and operations and related tools, analytics, strategic initiatives, and programs. Ryan also led company-wide project management and organization for multiple strategic initiatives.

During their time with quip, Ryan planned and launched the company's second office from ideation to launch in under 90 days. Ryan also planned and launched the company's Salesforce CRM instance from scratch, including SalesCloud, ServiceCloud, MapAnything, and Dialpad integration. In addition, they led the dental provider sales team and grew the team in two locations. Ryan built infrastructure including associated goals, compensation model, sales tools & CRM, business model/margin improvement, and sales ops function from scratch. Finally, they rebuilt the dental hardware program packaging, pricing, and operations overhaul, drastically improving margin. As a result of their efforts, sales increased by 100% in the new program in year 1 despite the impact of COVID-19.

Ryan Daly graduated from St. Joseph High School and went on to study engineering and international strategic history at the United States Military Academy at West Point. After completing their undergraduate studies, Ryan Daly pursued an MBA in strategic management from The Wharton School. Ryan also holds certifications from the Scrum Alliance in Certified Scrum Product Owner and from General Assembly in SQL.

Ryan Daly reports to Kevin Gibbs, Founder & CEO. They are on a team with Zachary Zaro - CTO, Shane Pittson - Head of Growth & Marketing, and Jeremy N. Krell - Director of Dental.
