Rebecca Speight

Rebecca Speight is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in operations and management within the social care sector. Currently serving as Director of Operations at Style Acre since April 2021, Rebecca has held prominent roles including Regional Managing Director at Discovery and Operations Director at Dimensions UK. Prior experience includes positions as Area Operations Manager and Supported Living Manager at Mencap, as well as working as a Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic Healthy Communities Development Worker at Derbyshire Friend. Rebecca holds a BA (Hons) 2:1 in Psychology and Healing Arts from the University of Derby and a Foundation Degree in the History of Art from the Courtauld Institute of Art, University of London.
