Fatma M'Selmi Ep Baklouti

Fatma M'Selmi Ep Baklouti is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in innovation, technology transfer, and economic development across Africa. Currently serving as the Head of the Steinbeis Transfer & Innovation Hub Tunisia since January 2025, Fatma focuses on bridging academia and industry, promoting startup incubation through academic research, and enhancing University Technology Transfer Offices. Prior roles include Cheffe d'équipe de la Comp.IV for GFA Consulting Group GmbH, Managing Partner at Laur'us Consulting, Senior Fellow at STEM CONNECTOR, and Expert with GIZ, where Fatma developed innovation strategies and supported public and private institutions. Educational credentials encompass a Master’s in Strategic Management from IHEC Carthage and a Bachelor’s in Marketing from the Faculty of Economic Sciences and Management of Tunis.
