Gonzalo Ruiz de Villa

Gonzalo Ruiz de Villa is an accomplished technology executive with extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Currently serving as CTO and Executive Director at GFT Group since January 2016, Gonzalo is also a Co-Founder of CHLYDRO and a Founding Partner at Kenobi Ventures, an investment vehicle that focuses on seed and early-stage investments in technology startups. In addition, Gonzalo has been a Technology Mentor at Google Launchpad since November 2014, providing guidance to early-stage startups in various aspects of business development. Previously, Gonzalo was the Owner of Adesis Netlife from January 2000 until December 2015, a company dedicated to the development of the Internet and new technologies. Gonzalo holds an Engineering degree in Industrial Engineering with a specialization in Energy Techniques from Universidad Politécnica de Madrid and is currently pursuing a Deep Learning Nanodegree at Udacity.
