In 2015, they became a member of the Galjaardcommissie Logeion at Logeion, de Nederlandse beroepsorganisatie voor communicatieprofessionals. Louwra held this position until January of 2019. From December 2015 to January 2019, they were also a member of the Stuurgroep at Healthy Ageing FRL.

Wytske Posthuma is the current General Director of the Treatment & Healing Division & Kinnik, Child & Adolescent Mental Health Care at [GGZ Friesland](/org/ggz-friesland). Prior to this, they were an entrepreneur at Posthuma Zorgprojecten from September 2012 to June 2014. Wytske also served as a project manager and policy advisor at [Noorderbreedte](/org/noorderbreedte), part of Zorgpartners Friesland, from June 2011 to May 2014. There, they were responsible for policy development and implementation of quality improvement in pharmaceutical care and medication safety, as well as policy development and implementation of continuity of care and crisis management according to national guidelines. In addition, they were responsible for policy development and implementation of the legal framework for supplementary services and products under the Dutch law AWBZ. Before that, they worked as a basispsycholoog & projectmanager at [De Friese Wouden](/org/de-friese-wouden) from October 2008 to October 2009, and as a Rayonmanager at Eli Lilly and Company from September 2008 to June 2011. Additionally, they were a Projectmanager Movement, Mild Cognitive Impairment & Dementia at Rijksuniversiteit Groningen from January 2005 to December 2006.

Danielle Cappetti is currently the HR Manager at [GGZ Friesland](/org/ggz-friesland). Finally, they obtained their Bachelor’s Degree from Maastricht School of Management. Daniëlle also studied at Van Maerlantlyceum.

Michiel Morshuis is the current Director of Treatment Matters Division Urgent & Intensive at [GGZ Friesland](/org/ggz-friesland). Prior to this, they served as Head Treatment Program High Care Deputy Physician Director at GGz Centraal from May 2014 to April 2017. Michiel has also worked as a Psychiatrist and Psychotherapist at [Kennemer Gasthuis](/org/kennemer-gasthuis) from September 1999 to October 2008, and as a Cluster Manager Medical Affairs Clinical Intensive Deputy Physician Director at Arkin-Inforsa from February 2009 to April 2014.

Michiel also has a Management Course in Psychiatry from Prismant and a Recidency Program in Psychiatry, Psychotherapy from Psychiatric Hospital Reinier Van Arkel Den Bosch.
